These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “T&Cs”) govern all purchases made on the website www.florame.com.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale comply with applicable French regulations.

Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and are not contractually binding.

Essential oils and cosmetic products must be used in accordance with their instructions. Florame shall not be held liable for improper use.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.

For international orders:

customs duties and local taxes may apply
such charges are the responsibility of the customer

Florame reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Free shipping is available for orders over €59 (France mainland and Corsica only).

Retention of title: Products remain the property of Florame until full payment is received.

4. Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

In the event of unavailability after an order is placed:

the customer will be informed
a refund will be issued

5. Ordering Process

The ordering process includes:

Selection of products and addition to cart
Customer identification or guest checkout
Selection of delivery method and payment
Final validation of the order

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these Terms.

A confirmation email summarising the order will be sent.

Florame reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

prior dispute
suspected fraud
abnormal or excessive order

6. Payment

Payments are made in euros or local currency depending on the customer’s location.

Accepted payment methods:

Credit/debit card (Shopify Payments)
PayPal
Klarna (Pay in 3 / Pay later)
Loyalty points

Payments are secured via SSL encryption.

The customer’s account is debited at the time of order confirmation.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the website.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of their order.

Return conditions:

products must be unused and unopened
sealed products (cosmetics, essential oils) cannot be returned once opened

Refunds:

processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods
issued via the original payment method

Shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Florame.

9. Loyalty Programme

Customers earn loyalty points as follows:

€1 spent = 1 point
1 point = €0.05

Points:

are valid for 1 year
are only redeemable on the website
cannot be combined with promotional offers
are non-transferable and non-refundable

Florame reserves the right to modify the programme at any time.

10. Prohibition of Resale

Florame products are intended for sale exclusively through authorised distribution channels.

Resale, including via online marketplaces, is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

Florame shall not be held liable for:

stock shortages
force majeure events
disruptions in transport or communications

Florame shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit or business.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Such data is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is the exclusive property of Florame.

Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Mediation

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers may seek mediation in the event of an unresolved dispute after contacting customer service.

16. Amendments

Florame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of the order.
