Florame is committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services.

We ship to:

France (mainland), Corsica, and Monaco
International destinations, except countries where Florame has exclusive distributors (unless otherwise agreed)

All deliveries are handled by Colissimo (La Poste, France).

Available options:

For enhanced security, we recommend choosing delivery with signature or pickup point delivery.

Order preparation: within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Delivery: approximately 72 hours after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Delivery may take up to 10 business days after order confirmation in exceptional cases.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over €59 (France mainland and Corsica only).

When selecting delivery without signature:

Tracking information provided by the carrier serves as proof of delivery.

Florame cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.

Orders delivered to pickup points must be collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

Uncollected parcels will be returned to Florame.

If a parcel is returned due to:

A reshipping fee may apply.

Customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders exceeding standard shipping limits may require a specific carrier.

In such cases:

Without confirmation, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
