This fruit, originally from Asia, arrived in Europe in the 16th century. The fruit of the sweet orange tree grows in the Mediterranean, Mexico, Brazil and South Africa. Its delightful, fresh note makes it a very popular essence to use in perfumery and food. It complements sweet or savory dishes beautifully.

FOOD SUPPLEMENT. Recommended daily portion: 2 to 6 drops per day (i.e. 90 to 270mg) in a teaspoon of vegetable oil, for a maximum of 2 to 3 days.
