Originally from South America, this essential oil with a bittersweet scent comes from the extraction of bitter orange leaves and very young fruits (petitgrain).

The translation of its Sanskrit name, nagarunga, means "elephant's favourite fruit". Also known as bitter orange essential oil, it is traditionally used for relaxation, thanks to its soothing scent.

Recommendations:

  • Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in children under 7 years old.
  • Do not use in individuals with a history of seizures and/or allergies to essential oils.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT.

Recommended daily portion: 1 to 3 drops per day (equivalent to 45 to 135mg) for a maximum of 4 to 5 days in a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
